Psychometric and 360o Assessments
At Telfer Executive Programs, we use a variety of psychometric and 360-degree assessments in our leadership development programs. Leadership assessments can also be included as part of a comprehensive coaching package.
Why use assessments?
Leadership assessments are invaluable tools for evaluating oneself as a leader. Executive coaches are certified in specific assessments and are highly trained in using assessment results to inform the coaching dialogue, supporting clients in reaching their development goals.
