Since 2007, Telfer Executive Programs has been a leading provider of executive leadership development for clients and individuals in the National Capital Region, across Canada, and for select clients around the world. We have extensive experience designing and delivering executive programming for clients in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, including healthcare organizations.

Our highly experiential leadership development programs enable executives and senior leaders to develop skills, actively contribute to organizational success, and advance their careers. They create space for practice and application through group discussions, guest speaker engagement, and on-site visits, as well as give room for reflection through 1:1 coaching and peer learning groups. Participants go beyond practical skills by building leadership capabilities and competencies, strengthening self-awareness to support sustainable, effective change, and growing their professional networks.

Strategic directions for 2024-2027: listening and responding to our community

At Telfer Executive Programs (TEP), we are driven by the voices and needs of our community. Our strategy for 2024-2027 is designed to reflect what we’ve heard from our clients, partners, and alumni, ensuring we provide impactful, relevant, and accessible leadership development.

Over the next three years and beyond, TEP will be guided by the five following objectives and corresponding action plans:

We recognize the evolving challenges faced by leaders and organizations. In response, we are introducing dynamic and innovative programs tailored to your needs:

  • You’ve asked for flexibility, and we’re delivering a mix of virtual, in-person, and blended learning options.
  • By tapping into our bilingual strengths, we will launch the first French-only leadership program to better serve our Francophone leaders.
  • You’ve emphasized the importance of sustainability, ethical leadership, and navigating the digital era. These themes will be at the forefront of our new offerings.
  • Your feedback has highlighted healthcare and government as critical sectors for leadership development. We are expanding our support in these areas, both locally and globally.

Our goal is to deliver continuous value beyond the classroom:

  • We’re bringing in top industry experts to share their insights and collaborate with your communities.
  • From thought leadership events to ongoing communication, we aim to create an ecosystem where you feel connected, informed, and inspired.
