Ann Langley, PhD
In this presentation, I will discuss four different perspectives on the meaning of “process” in process research and illustrate them by discussing their application to the notion of organizational identity. I will draw on some of my own and others’ published work to show how a more radical process perspective can enrich our understanding of the phenomenon of organizational identity and identity work.
