Michael Thibault – Mortgage Broker
Michael is an Associate with “Your Mortgage Specialist”, here in Ottawa. He brings years of experience in sales and a passion for finance, both of which are complemented by his friendly Maritime personality. Born and raised in Halifax, Michael is outgoing and enjoys working with colleagues towards collaborative success. His dedication to a client-focused experience has always differentiated him professionally and makes him an asset to any home-buyer.
When Michael isn’t engaged with his clients, he loves spending time with his wife and young son. He enjoys cooking, especially on his BBQ and smoker! He also has a passion for the outdoors, trying new wine, travelling and golfing.
Danny Dawson – Real Estate Broker
Danny began his real estate career in 2014 as a Sales Representative and was designated a Broker in 2018. Throughout his career he's achieved awards putting him in the top 5% of sales within Royal LePage.
Danny is also a passionate real estate investor. Purchasing his first home at 20 years old was the beginning of an adventure that has continued to flourish. With experience under his belt, he’s been able to acquire several properties and was even featured in Canada’s top real estate investing magazine (Canadian Real Estate Wealth).
Danny’s experience with investing, renovations, and building homes has given him a major advantage to serving clients. Specifically, he understands the costs and challenges involved with buying a home that needs work or converting a home into a multi-unit investment.
Outside of real estate, Danny enjoys snowboarding in the winter months and mountain biking in the summer. He’s also a proud volunteer and sponsor of Trip For Kids Ottawa, an organization that offers mountain bike rides to kids who would otherwise not have the opportunity.
Gabriela Kratchanov – Lawyer
Gabbie is a Lawyer in Ottawa, Ontario. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2019. Her practice covers, commercial litigation, corporate and business law, real estate law as well as wills and estate law.
Gabbie is attentive to her client’s business and personal needs. She is focused on building strong and trusting relationships with her clients.
Gabbie graduated as the Valedictorian of the University of Ottawa, Telfer School of Management, where she received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Upon completing her degree in business she began working as a consultant with Ernst & Young (“EY”) LLP. In 2015, she left EY to study law in England. In 2018, she returned to Canada and completed a Master in Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she focused on Business Law. She articled with EY Law LLP in 2018. She currently works as an Associate Lawyer at the local law firm, Spiteri & Ursulak LLP.
In her spare time, Gabbie enjoys exercising at a locally owned gym, downhill skiing, golfing, as well as volunteering with local charities and community outreach activities.
