The past year has put enormous pressures on everyone, but on the health care leaders and system in particular as they had to adapt and find ways to maintain vital healthcare operations in an uncertain environment. Cameron Love took on the leadership of one of the largest hospitals in the country, TOH, during a world wide pandemic which brought on unique challenges. In this session, Cameron will discuss what leadership skills are needed to thrive in a crisis and reflect on his personal experience and lessons learned over the last year.
