About Dean Stéphane Brutus
Stéphane Brutus holds a BA from Simon Fraser University and an MA and PhD from Bowling Green State University. His academic interests are in the areas of feedback processes in organizations and, more recently, the use of innovative pedagogical approaches in business curricula. Before joining Telfer, he was a professor in motivation and employee performance at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, where he served as Interim Dean from 2015 to 2017 and as Associate Dean of graduate professional programs from 2013 to 2015.
