Challenges are effective because they encourage people to step out of their comfort zones and to have fun doing so. When a mentor first told me to “create your own opportunities”, I took it lightly, thinking that all opportunities open to me would be found through friends, colleagues, family or online. Why I Chose To Switch My Option In My Fourth Year Of University
