Student life and campus experience

Getting around the city as a University of Ottawa and Telfer BCom student is easy, affordable and student friendly thanks to the region’s extensive public transportation system, walkable downtown core and bike-friendly infrastructure. All full-time uOttawa students get a U-Pass, which gives you access to all OC Transpo (Ottawa) and STO (Gatineau) buses and (OC Transpo) trains from September to April.

As a student at uOttawa and Telfer, you have several housing options, from on-campus residences to off-campus apartments. There’s even a specific Telfer floor, the Business Living Learning Community,  at the 90 University and Marchand residences, providing a unique, supportive first-year experience for Telfer students.

Whether you’re looking for convenience, independence or affordability, Ottawa offers a variety of living arrangements to fit your lifestyle and budget.
