Notice biographique

Le professeur Morad Benyoucef possède un Ph.D. en informatique de l’Université de Montréal, une M.Sc. du Rochester Institute of Technology, et un B.Sc. de l’Université Mentouri-Constantine (Algérie). Ses domaines de recherche comprennent les cybermarchés et l'approvisionnement électronique, les négociations électroniques, la cybersanté et Web 2.0. Il supervise des étudiants à la maîtrise ou au doctorat du programme de l’institut informatique d’Ottawa-Carleton, et du programme de technologie des affaires électroniques.

Financement et publications

Les recherches du professeur Benyoucef sont financées par la Fondation canadienne pour l’innovation,, le Ministère ontarien de la recherché et de l’innovation, et le Conseil de recherché en sciences naturelles et en génie du Canada,. Il est rédacteur en chef adjoint de deux revues du groupe Springer, Electronic Commerce Research et Telecommunication Systems. Il recense aussi des ouvrages pour plusieurs publications internationales. Il a notamment publié dans GDN, Supply Chain Forum et Electronic Commerce Research. Il aide à organiser des congrès partout dans le monde, dont DEXA, ICE-B et MCETECH.

Enseignement

Le professeur Benyoucef enseigne au premier cycle et aux études supérieures dans les domaines des systèmes d'information de gestion et du commerce électronique.
