Biographie
Le professeur Mathieu Bouchard a étudié l’économie appliquée et travaillé pendant huit ans comme conseiller stratégique en gestion des investissements pour de grands régimes de retraite. Durant cette période, il a obtenu la désignation professionnelle Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) et complété un MBA en action. Ensuite, il a complété un doctorat en management à HEC Montréal. Le professeur Bouchard étudie l’activisme pour l’élaboration de politiques durables dans les secteurs de la santé, de l’éducation, des transports et de la technologie. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans les revues scientifiques avec comité de lecture Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review et Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Quarterly, ainsi que dans plusieurs revues destinées aux praticiens. Il utilise des méthodes de recherche qualitative inductives orientées vers les processus, dont l’ethnographie organisationnelle et l’analyse du discours.
