Notice biographique
Mme Samia Chreim, Ph. D., est titulaire d'un doctorat de HEC Montréal. Maintenant associée à l'École de gestion Telfer depuis 2006, elle a auparavant occupé des postes de recherche et d'enseignement à l'étranger, au Québec et en Alberta. Elle donne aujourd'hui des cours de gestion du changement, de gestion stratégique et de méthodes de recherche qualitative dans les domaines de la gestion des affaires et de la gestion des services de santé.
Domaines de recherche
Comme pour ses cours, Mme Chreim combine son expertise en recherche dans les domaines de la gestion des affaires et des services de santé à une spécialisation dans les approches qualitatives en recherche. Ses recherches dans les deux domaines portent sur la dynamique du changement à différents niveaux, sur la collaboration intraorganisationnelle et interorganisationnelle, et sur le leadership.
Mme Chreim a reçu des prix de recherche pour ses travaux sur la dynamique du changement organisationnel. De plus, elle a publié deux articles en 2015 : un article dans Human Relations et un autre dans BMJ Quality and Safety. Ces articles figurent d’ailleurs parmi les dix principaux articles publiés dans ces deux revues. Mme Chreim a été nommée Professeure Ian Telfer en études des organisations. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans diverses revues faisant partie des 50 revues utilisées par Financial Times, telles que Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies et Organization Studies.
