Notice biographique

Sharon L. O’Sullivan se spécialise dans la communication interculturelle pour l’échange de connaissances et l’adaptation des personnes expatriées, les dynamiques de pouvoir dans un contexte de formation officielle et de développement de carrière, ainsi que l’apprentissage se rapportant aux changements environnementaux. Au cours de sa carrière, elle a collaboré avec diverses organisations tripartites, y compris Canadian Feed the Children, Oxfam Canada, CARE Canada, l'Agence canadienne d'inspection des aliments, l'Institut d'administration publique du Canada et le Groupe de travail conjoint syndical-patronal sur la diversité et l'inclusion du gouvernement du Canada.

Les écrits de Mme O'Sullivan ont été publiés, entre autres, dans le Journal of International Business Studies, la revue Human Relations, le Human Resource Management Journal, Journal of Management le Journal of World Business, l'International Journal of Human Resource Management et l'European Management Journal. Ses ouvrages lui ont valu les distinctions " meilleure auteure " et " meilleur article " à de nombreuses conférences, notamment celles de l'Academy of Management et de l'European Academy of Management. Professeure O'Sullivan a obtenu le titre de conseillère en ressources humaines de l'Association des professionnels en ressources humaines de l'Ontario et de formatrice en intelligence culturelle (certification CQ avancée) du Cultural Intelligence Center of East Lansing, au Michigan. Elle est également affectée à l'École de développement international et mondialisation et elle est affiliée à l'Institut de l'environnement de l'Université d'Ottawa.
