Although you may have been in a coronavirus lockdown, netnography has not been. This presentation looks at the rapid evolution and accelerating deployment of this increasingly popular social science method, and includes (1) ways that researchers have been adapting to the new contingencies of the age of COVID-19, (2) new definitions of netnography, (3) three new growth areas within technocultural studies areas that are being informed by adaptive versions of netnography, and (4) a preview of "Netnography Unlimited" the upcoming edited netnography volume.
