Put your MBA into action right away

Complete our program by putting your management skills and knowledge to use by helping an organization solve a vital, real-life problem. That’s what the Telfer MBA Management Consulting Project is all about.

You will be expected to dedicate 12 hours per week over 16 weeks to your MBA Management Consulting Project. Altogether, your team of four or five students will devote over 750 hours of consulting services to your project.

Apply all the skills, knowledge and experience you gain

This approach enables you to apply all you will have learned and experienced in the program—from carrying out market research and data analysis to crafting a business strategy and a plan to execute the strategy.

Carry out meaningful multidisciplinary tasks

Your project must involve meaningful multidisciplinary tasks that are integral to the business success of your partner organization. Your project also must require your team to undertake research and data analysis.
