Kathryn Tremblay, Co-Founder & CEO of Altis Recruitment & excelHR joined us at our annual CEO of the year event to celebrate her achievements. We celebrated exceptional business leader and #TelferNation alumna, Kathryn Tremblay, at our annual CEO of the Year event with the Ottawa Business Journal. As Co-Founder & CEO of ExcelHR and Altis Recruitment and its affiliated companies, Kathryn shared her experience addressing several timely human resources topics such as her efforts to eliminate systemic racism in the workforce, employee retention challenges, the “Great Reshuffle”, and the demand for more flexible work. Kathryn Tremblay is the CEO and Co-Founder of excelHR, Altis Recruitment, Altis Technology and excelTR, with over 30 years specializing in the human aspect of human resources. She has dedicated her career to the betterment of the staffing process, launching her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 21 when she launched a small staffing firm in the Outaouais region. À titre de cofondatrice et PDG d’ExcelHR, Altis Recruitment et ses compagnies affiliées, Mme Tremblay a abordé plusieurs sujets pertinents en lien avec les ressources humaines, notamment ses efforts pour éliminer le racisme systémique sur le marché du travail, les défis de la rétention de personnel, le « Grand remaniement » et la demande pour plus de flexibilité au travail.  Kathryn Tremblay est présidente-directrice générale et cofondatrice d’excelHR, Altis Recruitment, Altis Technology et excelITR. Elle se spécialise depuis plus de 30 ans dans le volet humain des RH. À 21 ans, elle a fondé une petite boîte de recrutement en Outaouais; depuis, elle a consacré l’ensemble de sa carrière à l’amélioration des processus de dotation. Elle a également été nommée PDG de l'année 2021 par l'Ottawa Business Journal et l'Ottawa Board of Trade. Elle est aussi membre du Cabinet de leadership stratégique du doyen de l’École de gestion Telfer.
