George Khalife is a sales & marketing professional with a background in finance and the DNA of an entrepreneur. At 26 years old, George became the youngest Vice President at the Toronto Stock Exchange. Before joining the TSX, George led the marketing & business development for a growing financial technology startup, owl.co. On the side, George cofounded an app called “BookBack” which cracked the top 100 list for book-related apps in just two weeks, and currently hosts a top 200 entrepreneurial podcast called “Let's Grab Coffee”. Since graduating, George has remained very engaged with the School and has been a judge, coach and mentor for numerous student financial simulations and competitions. George was active as a social media influencer during Telfer’s 2017 Giving Tuesday campaign for which he was the recipient the Fundraising Volunteer of the Year award.
The Young Achiever’s Award recognizes young business leaders (under 40) who have distinguished themselves professionally and made a difference in their community.
