Evelyn Micelotta est une professeure agrégée en gestion à l'École de gestion Telfer de l'Université d'Ottawa. Elle a obtenu un doctorat en gestion et organisation stratégiques de l'Alberta School of Business et un doctorat en gestion technique de l'École polytechnique de Milan. Ses recherches portent sur la gestion du changement en milieu institutionnel, les entreprises familiales et la dynamique socioculturelle dans les milieux entrepreneuriaux. Ses recherches ont été publiées dans différentes publications tel que Journal of Management, Academy of Management Annals, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Organization Studies et Family Business Review, entre autres. Elle est actuellement rédactrice en chef adjointe de la revue Family Business Review.
