The GEET + is the work of\nTelfer School of Management’s Professors Barbara Orser and\nCatherine Elliott. The tool has been selectively applied in Canada\nand the United States.  \n\nLed by The Women's Economic Imperative and funded by the\nInternational Development Research Centre (Canada)\, the pilot project\nis being launched in Peru\, Mexico\, Kenya\, and Nigeria.  \n\nLEARNING OBJECTIVES\n\n 	* Understand how entrepreneurship education and training\ncan better address biases within course content\, design\nand delivery.   \n 	* Share information about the Gender-Smart Education and Training\nAction Strategy (GEET+) as an assessment tool. \n 	* Grow from lessons shared about shifting perceptions\nin education\, training and\nbusiness communities to better support women entrepreneurs. \n\nSPEAKERS\n\n 	* Margo Thomas\, PhD.
