What would you say was the craziest or most unique experience you have had while vacationing?
One of the most incredible experiences I have had was exploring the city of Barcelona. I have a soft spot for that city as I am very passionate about soccer and have supported their team ever since I was a child. I explored everything the city had to offer from museums and historical artifacts to their wonderful beaches. Most importantly for me, I had an amazing tour of their stadium which is the biggest stadium in Europe and got to watch them play an official game from the 5th row. What made it unique was witnessing Messi present the best player award he received that year to the fans during half time.
There are many compelling reasons to undertake an Executive MBA Program. What is your goal for the Telfer Executive MBA Program?
My main goal in this program is to apply the many things I shall learn to my everyday personal and professional life. I am excited to learn from the variety of different experiences I will be exposed to and really expand my comfort zone. My ideal final goal I would say is for this to be a stepping stone to a very successful future as a leader along with creating unbreakable bonds and friendships.
What do you admire in a leader or mentor? Do you have someone who you consider a strong leader or mentor within your life?
The thing I admire most in a leader is trustworthiness, a strong work ethic and most importantly someone who leads their team from the front. My father has always been a great mentor for me. He taught me to always do things with the right integrity and always put in 110% effort in everything I do most importantly the things I am considered weak at. He has always supported me in my decisions and always tries to help steer me in the right direction to become successful.
