Compensation Strategy and Performance Management: Dramatic Changes and Implications in Response to COVID-19

The past couple of months have witnessed a variety of dramatic changes in compensation strategies and performance management as organizations quickly responded to the realities of COVID-19. The pandemic has profoundly impacted business models, organization and workplace practices, and jobs and employment levels. This in turn has altered how compensation strategies and enabling performance management programs are being managed, administered and communicated. These developments vary by industry sector and geography, and well established intentions and practices are no longer meaningful for many.

To better understand these dramatic and unprecedented trends and how they are shaping the new HR agenda, please join Ian Cullwick, Partner with Mercer Canada and an EMBA faculty member, and Manon Laliberté, an innovative HR Manager and Telfer MBA graduate, for an insightful perspective on compensation and performance management and how they are being used to respond to an unprecedented economic and operational reality.
