Zoï Coucopoulos, Coordinator of Strategic Initiative, has several years of experience at the University of Ottawa. Before joining the Research team at Telfer, she was the Scientific Grants and Awards officer at the Research office of the Faculty of Health Sciences, where she provided researchers with support and feedback with the preparation of their prizes/nomination dossiers as well as Grant and Research Chairs applications. She also worked at the Department of Family medicine at the University of Ottawa as the Faculty and Departmental Affairs Coordinator.
Zoï also teaches on a part-time basis at both the Institute of Feminist and Gender Studies as well as the department of Criminology of the Faculty of Social sciences since 2003.
In this position, Zoï Coucopoulos supports the growth of the Telfer School of Management research quality and intensity by assisting researchers and research groups in developing interdisciplinary research programs and outreach activities in addition to facilitating the development of strategic research groups and helping faculty members and research based graduate students contribute to the development of a strong research culture.
