Robert comes to the Telfer School of Management with over 28 years of fundraising experience with both Canadian and American non-profit organizations. Prior to uOttawa, Robert was the VP of Philanthropy at SOS Children's Villages Canada. Before that, he was the VP for Development at the Canadian Museum of History (CMH).
Originally from Rhode Island, Robert earned a BA in History from Vassar College. Participating in the McGill-McConnell program, Robert also holds a Masters in Management for the Canadian Voluntary Sector from McGill University.
Robert is responsible for developing relationships with alumni and other key stakeholders connected to Telfer. These relationships often lead to significant engagement opportunities as well as financial support for major initiatives at Telfer.
Robert volunteers with Ottawa Therapy Dogs and sings with the Laurence Ewashko Singers, a leading choral ensemble in Ottawa.
