Info-Desk provides different types of information - in person, by phone, email and fax to the Telfer School of Management and Social Science students, professors, staff and members of the University of Ottawa.
As the Reception and Information Officer, Lynne manages the Telfer access cards, acts as the contact for most boardroom reservations for the Telfer School, for student associations (table reservation, different needs), for requests requiring the assistance of the Physical Resources Services, and suppervises the drop off / pick up office for Telfer academic work.
