As Academic Development & Student Retention Specialist, International Exchanges & Scholarship Programs, Mikael Bélanger creates a memorable student experience by advising students on academic progression, such as course and program selection, to ensure an exceptional experience and student satisfaction.
He plans and implements student interventions and counsels struggling students to increase student success and retention rates. Mikael develops strategies and programs to increase enrollment and retention rates and to increase the visibility of the University, faculty programs and services by promoting them at various events on and off campus.
