As Digital Content Officer, Geneviève Chevrier plays an active role in the planning, design and development of the Telfer Knowledge Hub digital platform, the creation of content for the Telfer website and the digital engagement strategy, namely for the alumni newsletter. In line with the School's digital transformation goal, she develops, manages and disseminates to other teams the best practices and processes for creating digital content for the Knowledge Hub and the School's website. Detail-oriented and passionate about languages, Geneviève has a particular interest in enhancing the presence and quality of French in our communications and written content.
Prior to joining the Telfer team in 2019, Geneviève began her career in the administration of a bookstore, and then worked in events and communications for a marketing agency.
She completed a B.Sc. in psychology with a minor in communications at uOttawa, before pursuing university studies in communications (cultural and media production strategy) at UQAM and in accounting (financial management) at UQO. She also holds her Professional Scrum Master I (PSM-I) certification, as well as training in writing for the web and community management.
