Wednesday, September 23, 2020, 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the use of virtual technology in health care in a way we never thought was possible. This rapid switch to virtual services is likely to have long-lasting effects on our health care systems and will present new health care management challenges. In this session, panelists will briefly present their own experiences adjusting to the new reality, including shifting their leadership style and managing change at an accelerated pace. They will address important questions around collaboration, ethics, policy and governance, and opportunities for entrepreneurship and innovation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
