To cut through the complexity of continually delivering better results, public sector managers need to answer only one question: “Are the things we’re doing leading to the results we care about?”. In this presentation, we will review findings of an NSERC-supported research project that explored how logic models guide the integration of external and internal data,  helps to create data models, and explore  what-if analyses that allow public sector managers to find the best approach to delivering results.
