Join us and fellow alumnus François Vaqué, MBA, Vice-President, Public Relations & Corporate Affairs, at Citoyen, at an exclusive event for alumni of the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management. 

François Vaqué

François, who is well known for his expertise in analysing cases of crisis management and reputation management, will talk about the identity theft crisis at Desjardins, which occurred in the summer of 2019.

Sébastien David, Senior Vice-President, Business Strategy, at Cossette, will join François to explain how brand repositioning and strategic communications can help companies recover from crisis and regain confidence in consumers' minds.
