Undergraduate Virtual Information Session

- Tune in on YouTube to see faculty, staff, and club members talk about academics, career services, and the many ways in which you can get involved!
- You will be able to ask your questions via chat.
Thursday, July 9th to Friday, August 21st
- Participate in webinars specific to your faculty, as well as other webinars covering all aspects of your new life at uOttawa.

Instagram Live Series: BCom Student Experience
Looking for tips about managing your next semester? Learn more about what to expect in your online learning experience, how to register for courses, useful tools and resources, and other expectations for this fall in our Instagram Live series. Throughout the summer, students and staff members have spoken in live sessions about the student experience, which are accessible on Telfer’s IGTV channel.
Peer Mentorship Program
The Telfer Peer Mentoring Program connects new students with highly successful third- and fourth-year students who have been involved with the Telfer School of Management, have done well in their classes, and who have a strong commitment to ensuring that you have a positive experience at Telfer.

International Student Coaches Program
The International Student Coaches program is designed to assist international students with the transition to university. At the beginning of the school year, every incoming international Telfer t student is matched to an International Student Coach. These senior students will work with you to help you succeed and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

First Year Advising Modules
Important Academic information
The first year advising initiative aims to properly prepare you with the most appropriate and relevant information you’ll need upon embarking on your undergraduate career. Each module reveals important information about a given topic, such as academic standing and regulations, student life, scholarships, and many more.
Make sure to consult each of the modules carefully by logging into your Brightspace account via your uoZone.
Telfer Career Centre
Have you tried logging in to the Telfer Career Centre portal yet?
Available once classes begin, Career Launch allows Telfer students access to a calendar of events to register for workshops, employer-hosted events, panel discussions. You can also book appointments with the Career Centre staff to discuss your CV, prepare for interviews, and ask questions. View the latest job opportunities through the job portal, and work on developing your Career Development Certificate! Start your career development journey today!
As of September 1st, first-year students can login to Career Launch using their uOttawa email address and uoZone password.
